fresh Tilapia fillets in the US is rising, with retail demand outstripping
supply. Large seafood buyers are seeking reliable, long-term alliances
with producers that will ensure a daily supply. To fill this growing
demand, Blue Gold Foods will establish a modular, self-sufficient
and independent production and processing facility for sustainable
production of
hormone free,
fresh, skinless, boneless Tilapia fillets. When our project is complete, Blue
Gold Tilapia production will comprise 16% of the Tilapia production of the nation
of Mexico.
